Training & Competency

Our staff complete mandatory training relevant to their role, including safeguarding, health and safety, infection prevention, and manual handling. Ongoing training and competency checks are monitored to ensure staff remain up to date.

Safeguarding

Zennex Care operates clear safeguarding policies to protect vulnerable adults. All staff are trained to recognize and report safeguarding concerns in line with local authority and organisational procedures.
